As our Senior Lead of Product Operations you will be at the center of that transformation designing and scaling a world-class execution engine and helping BILL bring bold ideas to life.In this highly strategic role partnering with leaders across R&D and GTM you will define how our teams plan build and deliver exceptional software. You will embed AI into our workflows strengthen cross-functional alignment and create a foundation that helps teams succeed in a modern AI-centric product development environment. Your work will accelerate innovation elevate product quality and ensure we deliver with clarity speed and consistency.What youll focus on:Define and Evolve the Product & Design Operating ModelArchitect the next-generation operating model for Product Design and Product Marketing including standards rhythms and frameworks that enable predictable and high-quality deliveryGovern and continuously improve the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) ensuring consistency from problem framing to launchDrive AI-Enabled Operational ExcellenceIntroduce and scale AI-assisted processes that streamline execution enhance decision quality and automate manual workflowsIdentify opportunities for automation across the PDLC to improve velocity and baseline product healthImprove Execution Visibility and SpeedPartner with Engineering to ensure rapid delivery without compromising qualityLead critical cross-functional forums such as quarterly planning execution reviews and Product Experience Reviews to drive alignment and resolve risks earlyEstablish Tools Insights and Single Sources of TruthDrive adoption and effective use of Productboard Figma and other operational tools to create clarity across teamsBuild scalable systems for roadmap visibility dependency management and data-driven decision makingWed love to chat if you have:10 years of experience in Product Operations Product Management or product-focused Program Management rolesDemonstrated success building operating models PDLC frameworks or governance systems in a high-growth software environmentExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across Product Design Engineering and OperationsStrong fluency in tools such as Productboard and Figma; experience driving tool adoption at scale is a plusDeep understanding of B2B SaaS and the unique needs of SMB customersExceptional communication systems thinking and strategic judgmentA strong bias toward clarity simplicity continuous improvement and an enthusiasm for AI-enabled ways of workingA player-coach mentality with a track record of both strategic planning and hands-on executionVisa Sponsorship:Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
