We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About the RoleAs Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager Customer Retention & Engagement Housing youll design and execute highly targeted high-impact marketing programs that drive engagement pipeline and revenue from EliseAIs most valuable accounts. Youll partner closely with Sales Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to identify priority accounts orchestrate multi-channel campaigns and measure the impact of ABM on deal velocity and win rates.This is a hands-on IC strategic role where youll combine creativity precision targeting and data-driven execution to influence decision-makers in complex B2B sales cycles. Youll be responsible for building a scalable ABM program that aligns perfectly with our enterprise go-to-market strategy.As Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager Customer Retention & Engagement Housing youll have the opportunity to directly influence our most strategic deals and shape how we engage enterprise accounts. Youll operate at the intersection of strategy creativity and precision execution making a measurable impact on revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention and Engagement strategy ownership Build and lead a multi-tiered ABM strategy (1:1 1:few and 1:many) that aligns with sales priorities and growth objectivesTarget account selection & insights Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify high-value accounts and develop actionable account intelligenceMulti-channel orchestration Plan and execute integrated campaigns using personalized content digital ads direct mail events and executive programsSales alignment & enablement Work closely with sales teams to deliver playbooks messaging and content that support ABM outreach and accelerate deal cyclesMeasurement & optimization Define success metrics track campaign impact on pipeline and revenue and refine programs based on resultsTechnology & data integration Leverage ABM tools (e.g. 6sense Demandbase or similar) and integrate them with our MarTech stack for seamless executionCross-functional leadership Collaborate with Product Marketing Demand Gen and Content teams to create tailored campaigns for target accountsScalable program building Establish repeatable ABM processes from account selection to campaign reporting ensuring long-term scalabilityMove at rocket speed build something massive. If youre hungry driven and ready to build something massive climb aboard.Requirements5 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a dedicated ABM leadership role targeting enterprise and mid-market accountsProven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact from ABM programsDeep understanding of enterprise sales cycles buying committees and decision-making dynamicsHands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense Demandbase Terminus or similar) and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce HubSpot)Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate complex multi-touch campaigns across multiple stakeholdersCreative problem-solver with an analytical mindset and data-driven approach to optimizationExcellent communication and collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional partnersWillingness to work in person at our NYC office 45 days a weekWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary equity and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience skill level location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
