AV-rated law firm that focuses primarily on insurance subrogation law-recovering money for insurance companies after they have paid claims. The firm represents insurance companies, self-insured businesses, and risk pools in legal actions to recover losses caused by another party (for example, after a fire, car accident, or product defect).

Job Details

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
  • Indiana or Kentucky license or ability to waive into Indiana or Kentucky also highly preferred
  • Understanding of recoverable damages and current law
  • Experience with insurance coverage is helpful
