- Identifying potential theories of liability
- Drafting related correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
- Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
- Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
Job Details
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio
- Indiana or Kentucky license or ability to waive into Indiana or Kentucky also highly preferred
- Understanding of recoverable damages and current law
- Experience with insurance coverage is helpful
