This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-stakes matters and enjoys courtroom advocacy! Responsibilities Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, law and motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial. Draft high-quality briefs, motions, coverage opinions, and settlement evaluations. Handle negotiations, settlement conferences, and mediations with insurers, insureds, and opposing counsel. Qualifications 10+ years of general litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to independently manage a caseload and work collaboratively with a litigation team. Trial experience is required.
