Senior Litigation Paralegal

Annesser Armenteros is a growing litigation firm handling complex commercial disputes. We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in high-level business litigation matters from inception through trial.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and can operate with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and post-trial
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence
• Handle all phases of discovery, including document production, organization, and review
• Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, binders, witness coordination, trial logistics)
• Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents
• Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems
• Experience in trial preparation and full case lifecycle management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office

What You'll Do Here

You will be a key member of the litigation team, supporting attorneys through all stages of complex business disputes, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial.

This is a high-responsibility role with direct impact on case outcomes.
