We actively invest in continuing education certifications and hands-on training so you can stay on the cutting edge of low voltage systems.Whether youre just getting started or youre looking to level up your expertise we provide:Access to industry certifications (e.g. OSHA Access Control credentials)In-house mentorship and training programsPaid training days and continuing education reimbursementClear career path opportunities as you grow within the companyExposure to a wide variety of systems and large-scale projectsSystems Youll Work WithAccess ControlCCTV / SurveillanceIntercom & PA SystemsAudio/Visual SystemsData Cabling / NetworkingSecurity SystemsKey ResponsibilitiesSystem Installation:Install terminate and label cabling (Cat5e/6 coax fiber) for cameras card readers control panels intercoms and related devices.Programming & Configuration:Configure IP addresses system permissions and schedules within access control and CCTV software.Program control panels network switches and edge devices.Set up user credentials time zones and alarm triggers within system software.System Integration:Integrate security subsystems (access control CCTV alarm intercom) into unified monitoring platforms.Testing & Commissioning:Perform system testing verification and final commissioning with clients or general contractors.Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on-site or remotely.Documentation:Maintain detailed records of wiring diagrams programming configurations and service reports.What Were Looking ForMinimum 3 years experience in low voltage wiring or system installation3 years in low voltage programming (security CCTV access control or fire alarm).Strong mechanical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and grow well support your advancementClean driving record and valid drivers licenseMust be able to reliably commute to Hoboken NJWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $25$40/hour based on experienceCareer development: Mentorship paid training and education reimbursementFuel card and company toolsPaid time off holidays and parental leaveReferral bonus programPerformance incentiveSupportive high-performance work cultureScheduleMonday to Friday8-hour shiftsOvertime availableGrow With UsWe believe in rewarding talent and hard work with opportunity.
