A bit about us:
We are hiring a Senior Superintendent to oversee ultra high end custom home builds throughout the DFW market.
This is not production homebuilding. These are true luxury custom projects ranging from $5M to $50M+, and we need someone who understands the level of detail, client management, and execution that comes with that caliber of work.

Job Details
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience building luxury custom homes valued at $2.5M+ and can confidently run projects from dirt to delivery.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of luxury residential construction experience
- Strong background managing high end custom homes
- Experience overseeing projects valued at $2.5M+
- Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and homeowners at a high level
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Local knowledge of the Dallas Fort Worth market preferred
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running day to day field operations on luxury custom home projects
- Coordinating trades, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
- Maintaining build quality and timelines
- Working directly with ownership, architects, designers, and high net worth clients
- Ensuring projects are delivered at an elite standard
