As a core member of the early engineering team, you would be responsible for data ingestion and analysis, developing data/ML pipelines and contributing broadly to product development. Competitive target compensation (200-250k+ plus equity), strong benefits and a hybrid NYC location.Responsibilities:Building rich patient and medical models and knowledge graphs and applying them to directly impact patient outcomesIngesting, structuring and analyzing a wide range of unstructured datasources and designing data pipelines for processing and trainingContinuously evaluate, analyze, test and improve the quality, privacy and performance of our data systems and modelsStay current with SOTA research and tooling and apply it across the Contribute across the product, from front-end UX and product design, to API/systems architecture and core ML developmentMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience ingesting, analyzing and structuring a wide variety of datasourcesProduction NLP or LLM experience (e.g. spacy, langchain, extensive LLM API usage)Significant experience building and maintaining data pipelines in a production environmentStrong database/SQL, python, pandas (or equivalent) experience Demonstrated experience working in fast paced startup or research environments and balancing quick iterations with long term quality.Strong Additional Qualifications:Significant healthcare data experienceSignificant MLE production or research experience - pytorch, scikit-learn, etc..Extensive production AWS, ML infra and/or data orchestration experienceFullstack development experience (JS/TS/Node in particular)Life at Trovo:Direct impact on company and cultureHybrid work environment (HQ in Flatiron, NYC)Competitive Salary and EquityGenerous Health, Vision, and Dental InsuranceFlexible paid time off (unlimited vacation and sick leave)Flexible schedulesLife InsuranceShort & Long-Term DisabilityParental LeaveTrovo Health is an equal opportunity employer.
