Senior Maintenance TechnicianAsheville, NC - Direct HireAdecco is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in the Mills River area to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician. This role supports plant operations through hands-on mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance, while helping lead troubleshooting efforts across production equipment.What You’ll Do • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems • Interpret technical drawings and schematics • Support repairs and mentor junior maintenance techs • Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects • Work independently with limited supervision • Support equipment installs, rebuilds, and overhaulsWhat You Need • High school diploma or technical/industrial training • Licensed Millwright or equivalent hands-on experience • 2–4 years of skilled maintenance experience • Ability to read codes, schematics, and technical documents • Familiarity with common industrial controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) • Strong communication and problem-solving skillsWhat Our Client Offers • Highly competitive salary • Overtime opportunities • Bonus potential • Tremendous benefits package • Long-term stability and career growthIf you’re interested, please apply directly to [email protected].
