People Excellence Change Integrity Co-prosperityRole and ResponsibilitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager of Business Planning & Operations leads end-to-end business planning demand forecasting supply chain alignment and financial performance management for Samsungs MX business. This role partners closely with sales and finance to manage revenue forecasting while also owning CPFR processes for key accounts/categories.The role requires strong analytical rigor cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence teams across Sales SCM Finance and external partners. Demand Planning CPFR & Channel Operations Lead the collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) process for key accounts/categoriesManage weekly PSI reviews to evaluate sales performance forecast risks and drive alignment of production and inventory for product availability and launchesDevelop weekly demand forecasts incorporating sales trends promotions and inventory levels to meet sales financial and operational goalsMaintain systems and tools that track real-time sales inventory and order forecasts; manage inventory and order forecasts manage inventory reconciliation and exception analysisCoordinate with HQ and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations related to demand production allocations delivery schedules and inventoryFinancial Planning & Revenue Management Lead short- and medium- term revenue forecast processes working collaboratively with Finance and SCM teams to align assumptions identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadershipPartner with Finance and SCM to plan and monitor offer spend ensuring promotional investments support overall business objectives and synchronized with operational KPIsTrack weekly revenue performance and coordinate cross-functionally to execute mitigation plans for gaps to forecastConduct pre- and post-event analysis for promotions including accrual accuracy ROI assessment and lessons learned for future cyclesFacilitate alignment discussions between SCM Finance and Sales to ensure a shared accurate view of revenue forecasts offer spend utilization and operational constraints.Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional leadershipDevelop executive dashboards KPI reporting and actionable insights for senior management and HQRespond to ad hoc analytical request with clear data-driven recommendationsDrive improvements in forecasting cadence accuracy and cross-functional workflow efficiencyLead cross-functional alignment across Sales SCM Finance and Marketing to ensure consistent planning assumptionsMinimum QualificationsBachelors Degree in Business Finance Supply chain Economics or related filed8 years of experience in business operations financial planning demand planning sales operations supply chain FP&A or commercial financeStrong analytical and modelling skills; ability to translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint expertiseProven ability to collaborate across large matrixes organizationsStrong communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior managementAbility to multitask prioritize and operate independently in a fast-paced environmentSkills and QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:Masters degree (MBA or related filed)Background in promotional finance offer-spend modelling or trade investment ROIDemonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlinesExperience working with large U.S. carrier or retail accounts preferredHigh attention to detail integrity and ability to handle confidential informationComfortable working in fast-paced dynamic environment and adapting to evolving priorities#LI-RM1Life @ Samsung - @ Samsung - STATE ONLYThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $151000 and $175000.
