Job Description

The Senior Manager Alternate Fulfillment (AF) Central Services will lead the strategic direction and execution of the central service team which provides critical learning quality and change management support across the FaaST AFT-X and XPBS platforms for Vendor Flex (VF) and EF. This is a pivotal role responsible for driving standardization efficiency and continuous improvement across the organizations learning and quality programs.Key job responsibilities1. Lead the Organizational Learning Strategy and Execution- Oversee the learning managers for FaaST AFT-X and XPBS to ensure standardized learning processes and support for platform launches- Build a central learning program to develop leaders and support organizational learning needs2. Lead Organizational Quality Strategy and Execution - Consolidate and lead the quality program managers to drive quality standards and reporting across the platforms- Partner with learning and change teams to embed quality throughout the organization3. Build and Manage the Central Project Management Office (PMO)- Establish a centralized PMO to provide project management support for ad-hoc initiatives and organizational goals- Lead a team of project managers to drive consistency efficiency and successful project delivery4. Oversee Change Management Efforts- Partner with the change management team to standardize change processes and support the organization through transformation- Ensure change management is embedded into all central service initiatives5. Lead AI integration charter for entire Alternate Fulfillment and EF organization across all the levels. Your primary responsibility will be that of a leader developing your people focused on cultivating a diverse and cohesive team addition you will be a single threaded leader for key network wide initiatives while managing the day to day business of your operations (Learning benchmarking with different systems creating Change Management and PMO). The base pay for this position ranges from $136200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
