This is a high-impact role where you’ll safeguard margins, speed up reconditioning, and drive accountability across multiple stores.Why This Role MattersThe CRA Manager acts as the single point of authority for reconditioning and arbitration decisions across HoneyCar. You’ll make the call on whether vehicles get repairs, arbitration, or wholesale, ensuring every decision aligns with ROI and company strategy. You’ll also handle warranty claims, cutting through red tape to deliver fast, fair resolutions.This role is for someone who thrives on process discipline, financial prudence, and customer advocacy.What You’ll DoASR Review & Approval: Oversee all Additional Service Recommendations in CDK Service & Rapid Recon.
