Join us and be the eyes ears and voice of Ford.In this position...Ford is looking for a Commercial Media Lead who partner with the Consumer Media Lead to drive media effectiveness and efficiency as a key contributor to delivering on marketing and business objectives. This role will be critical in building B2B media capabilities and establishing the media team as a key driver of Ford Pros marketing delivery. Leading the charge in establishing strategy oversight and thought leadership this person is critical to establish the go-to-market in enablement for the growth of Ford Pro. Critical media infrastructure is in place and must be optimized to allow for refinement of data and audience models for targeting and to drive analytics.The Commercial Media Lead will also be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operation of media partnerships on behalf of Ford Pro working in unison with the Global & U.S. Media team building maintaining and optimizing the major relationships for the brand across Facebook Google and LinkedIn among others. Bringing deep integrated media expertise they will implement processes that enable Ford to measure spend and monitor success metrics.ResponsibilitiesWhat youll do...Provide leadership for Commercial Media primarily U.S. with some global oversight reporting to the Global Head of Media.Lead the Commercial Media relationship with Fords agency partnersBuild senior level relationships with Global media partners e.g. Google Meta Amazon LinkedIn etcOptimize the ad tech stack implementing first party data in order to target small medium enterprise businesses and special interest audiences to grow the Ford Pro Brand build Direct Customer Relationships and drive software/service signupsWork with the Integrated Marketing Team & Communications (PR) Team to build integrated content strategy and key audience outreach SEO and backlinks to build stronger presence for Ford Pro.Work with Global Data Insights & Analytics Teams to structure primary data for the use of audience creation for media targeting lookalike modelsDevelop test/learn methodologies in order to optimize creative message development media efficiencyCreate and implement structures and processes which improve the efficiency and functionality of the media process working closely with the Consumer Media LeadOversee the development of media best practices that are shared with Global teamsWork with the agency and GDIA to establish rigorous media analytics by platform to ensure ROI on the media investmentMaintain tracking on competitive and new media intelligenceQualificationsYoull have...Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Data & Analytics or related field10 years of relevant experience in media and performance marketing either client or agency side or in related companies such as technology data & analytics10 years of experience leading teamsPrior experience developing strategy go-to-market plans data & analytics and measurement efforts to drive marketing successEven better you may have...Experience working on global brand with marketing and media expertise across U.S./North AmericaDeep experience with business to business marketing particularly in large matrixed organizationsExperience working with media measurement models of all types CPA CPC MTA MMM and building to a business outcome: lead generation models traffic sales etc.In-depth knowledge of integrated media planning/buying processes particularly in the Auto category due to the complexity of Tier 1 2 and 3 processes and the need to de-duplicate with the Consumer/Retail team.Experience implementing media planning processes cross-functional teams and global environmentsThrives in a fast-paced setting managing a large diverse team across multiple projects and skill teamsProven track record of successfully influencing and evolving complex projectsFlexibility and adaptability willing to walk away from an idea or work when it becomes clear it is not a good investment of resources or timeThorough understanding of brand differentiators and ability to deliver experiences that ladder up to overall brand positionYou may not check every box or your experience may look a little different from what weve outlined but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company we encourage you to apply!As an established global company we offer the benefit of choice.
