Job Title: Senior Manager Consolidations Location: New York NY Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract Maximum Submissions per Supplier: 3 Note: Hours: 9am to 6pm is acceptable some flexibility is available depending on the candidate. Possible Extension: to be determined it s possible but not certain yet. Top 3 Keywords: 1. CPA 2. Financial Consolidation (Oracle FCC or similar) 3. Monthly Close & Journal Entries Top Required Skills: CPA with 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong experience in monthly/quarterly close and consolidations Advanced Excel proficiency with strong analytical and financial statement review skills Must-Have Skills: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Active CPA (required) 3 5 years of accounting or audit experience Experience performing accounting cycles consolidations and financial statement analysis Strong communication skills across multiple levels and regions High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines Self-starter with initiative and follow-through Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with Oracle FCC (Financial Close & Consolidation) Experience with SAP Intercompany accounting experience Experience in preparing consolidation entries and elimination analyses Key Responsibilities: Perform monthly and quarterly close processes including consolidation activities and preparation of related documentation. Prepare and review consolidating entries including intercompany eliminations and resolution of unreconciled items. Analyze financial submissions perform account rollforwards and maintain chart of accounts and data integrity. Provide meaningful financial analysis and commentary including gross profit and investment/APIC analyses. Support external auditors during quarterly and year-end audits by preparing schedules and addressing inquiries. Manage project tasks independently maintain consolidation task trackers and support internal/external reporting needs. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting and CPA required. Minimum 3 5 years of relevant accounting or audit experience. Strong analytical financial statement review and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Oracle FCC or SAP is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage tasks independently.
