Were an equal opportunity employer and were excited to build the future of co-living with the worlds most hardworking and passionate people.What We NeedAs the Senior Manager Employee Experience you will be responsible for designing and driving a holistic employee experience strategy that strengthens culture increases engagement and enhances the overall employee journey. You will partner across HR Communications and business units to ensure that every touchpointfrom onboarding through offboardingsupports a positive inclusive and high-performance workplace.What Youll Do Develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience roadmap aligned with organizational values culture and business objectives. Build and maintain a deep understanding of employee needs through data surveys feedback loops and workforce insights. Oversee company-wide engagement programs (including engagement surveys) recognition initiatives and culture-building activities. Partner with Communications to shape messaging that strengthens connection and belonging. Oversee the planning of internal events celebrations forums and volunteer programs. Design and continuously improve onboarding orientation and new-hire integration programs. Enhance key employee lifecycle moments such as promotions transitions and offboarding. Ensure events and initiatives reflect company culture and support inclusivity. Partner with HR Business Partners and People Operations to ensure alignment across policies programs and processes. Track program performance and use data to measure impact improve experience and guide decisions.What Will Make You A Great Fit Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Communications Business or related field. 7 years of experience in employee experience engagement HR internal communications or organizational development. Demonstrated experience leading large-scale culture or engagement initiatives. Strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Exceptional communication project management and change-management abilities. Creative strategic thinker with a passion for building inclusive and meaningful employee experiences.The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123200 and $182360 per Year. However base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates such as job-related knowledge skills experience and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
