Apply today!Job DetailsUnder the general direction of the Senior Director Finance & Pricing the Senior Pricing Manageris responsible forpricing strategies& executionfor our Health Systems & Government Services (HGS) customer portfolio.Recommendsand contributesto improved strategiesin order toincrease margins and sales. Responsible for the impact of pricing decisions andthe monitoringof customer behavior.ResponsibilitiesManages pricing andsellsidemarginfor assigned therapeutic classes of products.Monitors trends related to the pricing of the product portfolio to applypast experienceto current scenarios.Maximizes the use of sales third party leakage data competitive benchmarks reimbursementdataand product knowledge todetermineoptimalpricing.Evaluates current business processes and recommends improvements that increaseeffectivenessof pricing strategy.Collaborateswith commercial team to ensure consistent executiontostatedstrategy.Continuouslymonitorsresults of pricing decisions.Creates pricing dashboards and associated metrics for routine executivepresentationincluding the communication of conclusions and recommendations.Collaborates on competitive intelligence gathering process andrecommendopportunities for improvement.Createsrecommendations for new product pricing andmonitorspricing post-launch to draw conclusions for future events.Performs related duties as assigned.Education and Work ExperienceBachelors Degree in Accounting & FinanceMinimum of ten (10) years in Accounting/Finance-related fields including exposure to modeling and FP&A concepts and at least five (5) years at a manager level.MBA or CPA preferred.Skills and KnowledgeOutstanding knowledge of various financial management areas such as financial statement analysis plan development productivity and profitability analysisOutstanding problem-solving skills and ability to apply the appropriate tools and level of analysis to specific situationsExperience in leading high performing teams and developing associates to their max potentialStrong organizational skills attention to detail and follow through and ability to work independentlyAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingStrong interpersonal skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong leadership skillsStrong presentation skills11. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices12.
