The company formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses is headquartered in Arlington VA.The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Strategy & Transformation team:The Strategy & Transformation team within Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead ES digital transformation initiatives. The role will require working with senior leaders within the RTX corporate organization and the 3 RTX business units to develop strategies business cases and detailed implementation plans to optimize digital services and drive increased digital service adoption.What You Will Do:Lead the development and execution of RTX digital optimization strategies. However the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
