DescriptionKforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a hybrid Senior Manager IT Supply Chain to join their team.Summary:The Senior Manager, Information Technology is a leadership role that is responsible for setting the direction for a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategy, managing financials, and selecting, developing and motivating personnel. You will act as the right-hand and trusted deputy to the IT Director, Supply Chain and will be responsible for driving the execution of our entire portfolio of supply chain technology projects, including our strategic implementations of SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), while unifying and maturing our technical teams into a cohesive, high performing "Solutions Delivery" organization.Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:* 20% - Strategy and Planning* 40% - Delivery and Execution* 40% - People LeadershipRequirements* Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline; Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacityPreferred Qualifications:* Master's degree in a related field is a plus* 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain* 5+ years of formal people leadership experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of managing and developing both managers and senior individual contributors* Balanced Leader (50/50 Business and Technical)* Proven Delivery experience* Exceptional People LeaderJob TypeContractCompensation55 - $65
