Senior Manager of Amenities - EastCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeings Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking aSenior Manager of Amenities - East to lead Food Services Shuttles & Parking in the East Region. This position will be located at our North Charleston SC site.The Senior Manager operates at the strategic intersection of facility operations hospitality and employee experience with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and programs across the East Region including enterprise food services employee parking and shuttle programs.The selected candidate will be accountable for fostering a positive and engaging workplace by effectively managing GREF amenities cultivating vendor partnerships and promoting team development all while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.Position Responsibilities: Lead develop and motivate a high-performing team providing coaching performance management and professional growth opportunitiesFoster a culture of accountability service excellence and teamworkOversee East Region food services including cafés catering for business meetings leadership sessions and operational eventsManage employee parking programs including parking passesManage onsite shuttle services for employee parkingPartner with Indirect Supplier Chain (ISC)manage vendor contracts to ensure best-in-class service delivery cost efficiency and compliance with safety and workplace regulationsEstablish and monitor quantitative and qualitative metrics guidelines and standards for amenities servicesContinuously evaluate and improve business procedures employee experience and customer satisfaction through innovation technology and quality improvementsCollaborate on strategic planning and campus renovations related to cafes shuttles and parkingManage annual operating budgets monitor expenses forecast needs and provide regular financial reportingGather and analyze employee feedback to enhance the quality of events and programsLead sustainability initiatives and stay current with trends in the food service and amenities industryCommunicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders to align amenities services with organizational goalsEnsure compliance with export control and other regulatory requirementsAble to travel 30% domesticallyBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5 years of experience leading a Facilities Maintenance Team5 years of experience teaching coaching and developing others5 years of experience establishing relationships and maintaining strong on-going communication with customers suppliers and/or vendorsExperience developing and managing budgets30% domestic travelPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelors degree or higherExperience leading process improvement and quality initiatives within amenities such as food services parking and shuttlesKnowledge of food service design operations and point-of-sale technologyAnalytical decision-making and problem-solving skillsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
