With continued business growth and investment in talent development, this is an exceptional opportunity for a proven finance leader. SummaryReporting directly to the VP of FP&A, the Senior Manager of FP&A will lead and mentor a team of Senior Financial Analysts and oversee financial planning responsibilities for a business exceeding $1B. This highly visible role will drive KPI tracking, financial reporting, full P&L oversight, management presentations, budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc analysis, and dashboard reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and deep analytical expertise. Responsibilities include:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Financial AnalystsOversee P&L performance and deliver data-driven insights to executive leadershipManage KPI development, tracking, and dashboard reportingDirect budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario modelingPrepare high-impact management reporting packages and executive presentationsPerform ad hoc and strategic analysis to support business decisionsPartner cross-functionally to understand performance drivers and influence outcomes QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related field from a top-tier program8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or related fieldsPreference given to those with experience in private equity, top tier consulting firms, or investment bankingDemonstrated success in leading, managing, and developing Finance teamsExpert-level Excel modeling skills; proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other analytical toolsExceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong track record of career progression and job stabilityMust be based in the Atlanta area for considerationDetermining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
