Sr. Manager Of Regional Supply Chain Planning

The Senior Manager of Regional Supply Chain Planning is a hybrid position located in Allentown, PA or Chandler, AZ with 15% travel required to meet business needs. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sr. Manager of Regional Supply Chain Planning to lead planning and fulfillment execution and capability development across our North American/EU operations while partnering closely with global manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams. The successful candidate will drive planning excellence, lead and develop a high-performing planning team within a complex make-to-order manufacturing environment, including intercompany planning across a global supply network, by bringing deep expertise in supply planning, production planning, SAP planning systems and inventory management. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing supply planning insights, capacity assessments, and scenario analysis that enable informed business decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing planning teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and intercompany supply networks.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP planning solutions, MRP, APO SNP & PPDS

Pay Range for this position: $125,000 - $187,300 The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
