Youll work at the intersection of content process data and technologycreating systems that serve both our human workforce and our growing AI/automation capabilities.This isnt traditional knowledge management. evolve the knowledge infrastructure that powers compliance operations customer support and external help center contentWrite and oversee the creation of content that worksclear actionable knowledge analysisFoster a culture of experimentation measurement and continuous improvementPartner effectively with stakeholders across operations product and technologyWhat You BringRequired Experience7 years of experience in operations process improvement knowledge management or related fields3 years leading teams or complex cross-functional initiativesDemonstrated expertise in business process design mapping and optimization (Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies)Strong systems thinkingability to see how knowledge process technology and people interconnectProven ability to write clear effective operational content that scales across audiences and channelsData fluency: comfortable using metrics and analytics to drive decisions and measure impactExperience building scalable solutions that work across multiple teams or functionsExcellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authorityClear compelling communicationcan translate complex systems into understandable frameworksPreferred ExperienceExperience designing knowledge systems for customer support compliance or complex operational environmentsFamiliarity with knowledge management platforms content We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. For more information on our compensation philosophy see our website.On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (Nashville TN)$126000 - $157000 USDAt Checkr we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration drives innovation and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver CO San Francisco CA and Santiago Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026 hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per -office perks are provided such as lunch four times a week a commuter stipend and an abundance of snacks and beverages.
