Senior Manager, Personal Tax Advisory at Fusion HCR

Our client is seeking a Tax Senior Manager. This role focuses on managing high-net-worth individual and business-owner client relationships overseeing sophisticated tax engagements and leading a team of tax professionals.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in individual fiduciary and gift tax planning and compliance along with strong leadership capabilities. Experience in international individual tax planning is highly desirable. This role requires excellent organization technical rigor and the ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients ensuring exceptional service and timely delivery of all tax-related work.Oversee and review complex individual fiduciary and gift tax compliance and planning engagements.Provide technical guidance on flow-through entity taxation as it impacts clients personal returns.Supervise managers and senior staff contributing to training development and performance management.Lead the execution of increasingly complex assignments within the Individual Tax specialty.Conduct tax research and communicate findings clearly to clients and internal teams.Participate in business development and client relationship expansion opportunities.QualificationsCPA required.Minimum of 10 years of relevant tax experience; advanced degree preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Extensive knowledge of individual fiduciary gift and flow-through entity taxation.Experience with international individual tax planning and compliance preferred.Proficiency with tax preparation and planning software as well as Microsoft Office applications.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements and maintain high service standards.Experience supporting business development activities.Required Experience:Senior Manager Key Skills Anti Money Laundering,Arabic Speaking,Machinery Maintenance,Customer Service,AX Employment Type : Advisor Experience: years Vacancy: 1
