Are you ready to go beyondWhat You Will Do:Reporting directly to the Product Director the Special Projects Role is a key member of the Asheville leadership team.This role is responsible for supporting business activities within Asheville and drives strategic business initiatives from development through execution with the leadership team.This person is responsible for managing a broad spectrum of activities/projects ranging from highly strategic to tactical and plays a key role in organization focus.Will also build connections across all levels of the organization to identify gaps and effectively drive Asheville goals forward.Will coordinate Long Range Planning cycle; ensure priorities and constraints for near- and long-term strategic efforts.Support and drive CORE business model and partner with functional leaders to develop and track progress against Must Dos executing RCCA and will cultivate a unified leadership and working environment.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Asheville Goal Alignment activities including creation of the annual strategic plan flowdown catchball and control tower at the enterprise level.Lead and support mission critical Asheville improvement target teams.Provide expert facilitation for Asheville and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment speed & achievement of goals.Ability to create and deliver high-quality clear and concise executive level strategic plans project overviews executive summaries and general communications.Strong experience collaborating and influencing others.Plan and execute strategic planning all-hands and other department events.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experienceOR an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum 7 years experience. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
