Manager Securitization Investor ReportingAs a Manager on the Securitization Investor Reporting team you will have a unique perspective into Capital Ones securitization and financial reporting performance. Our team is responsible for preparing regulatory reporting required for our securitization programs. We support our business partners involved in the securitization program through the preparation and management of accurate and timely financial results including delivering results to senior leadership supporting the Regulation AB audit process engaging in cross-functional initiatives including technology modernization and driving automation. You will also work with an outstanding team to identify process efficiency and implement solutions. You will have the opportunity to be a leader in the Treasury organization with exposure to senior management and various departments across the Company.Responsibilities:Become a subject matter expert of our auto and credit card securitization reportingManage the preparation and review of our monthly Form 10-D filings and supporting reportsOversee monthly presentations for senior leadership and business partners recommending enhancements to improve content and messaging effectivenessLead the teams involvement in key corporate projects such as system upgrades process automations and enhancementsBuild cross functional relationships to stay attuned to business changes and key events that will impact financial resultsRespond to internal and external audit requestsReview and approve daily and monthly wires to the trusteeHelp evolve our processes into the next generation by implementing emerging technology tools to reimagine the futurePerform cross-team support and ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed such as for our Form 10-Q and 10-K filings Earnings 8-K and othersBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree or military experienceAt least 5 years of experience in accounting finance audit or a combinationPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Accounting or Bachelors degree in Finance5 years of SEC Reporting experience5 years of financial institution experience5 years of financial and accounting reporting systemsAt this time Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean VA: $146100 - $166700 for Manager AccountingCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
