Senior Manager, Technical Accounting US GAAP at Innio

Work Structure: This will can be based onsite at our Waukesha WI or Houston TX office in a hybrid capacity with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.Your Responsibilities:Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP including policy development and implementation.Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes.Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP.Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance.Monitor interpret and implement new accounting standards (e.g. ASC 606 ASC 842).Prepare and review SEC-compliant financial statements (10-K 10-Q 8-K).Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters.Your Profile:Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline; Advanced Degree & CPA License (active or inactive) preferred.Must have proper US work authorization.10 years of related accounting experience ideally in a similar industry; Big 4 consulting experience preferred.Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance.Strong analytical and communication skills.Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented work style.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.At INNIO we offer a competitive salary package well above the collective agreement requirements in Austria.
