Together we can reimagine the world of work and with our bold partners make the impossible possible.The opportunityAs a Senior Manufacturing Software Engineer on our Factory testing team you will be responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing software systems automation testers and tools.Location: This position requires being fully on-site at our Plantation FL facility to ensure seamless collaboration and hands-on support for daily operations. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.What youll doDesign and implement advanced manufacturing software systems and tools to support production efficiency and scalability.Ensure the security and protection of core intellectual property across all manufacturing software platforms.Integrate data systems seamlessly with other manufacturing and enterprise systems to enhance data flow and visibility.Leverage emerging technologies to design automate and optimize manufacturing test processes.Develop and maintain robust web services to support manufacturing operations and system connectivity.The experience you bring5 years of combined professional experience in software development or related fieldsBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent fieldStrong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and proficiency in scripting languages such as C# Python or C/C.Hands-on experience with database systems including Microsoft SQL PostgreSQL and MongoDB.Proficient in development environment.Familiarity with common software design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.Development experience across both Windows and Linux operating systems.Solid understanding of communication networking and messaging protocols.Proven experience designing and supporting high-availability systems.Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Its exciting if you also haveMasters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent fieldAdvanced developer-level proficiency in environment.Experience with IoT systems and SECS/GEM communication standards is a plus.Background in high-volume world-class design and manufacturing processes for consumer electronic products is highly desirable.Experience with image processing and computer vision technologies.Hands-on experience with industrial robotics control systems and systems integration.Additional RequirementsWillingness and ability to travel up to 20%.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to Equal Employment Opportunities guidelines.Please note that we do not accept any application documents via (e-)mail.
