Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $54.55-60.61 Hourly Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support strategic marketing technology enablement initiatives. This role is responsible for evaluating marketing tool capabilities, supporting solution design, and assisting with the rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization. The Senior Marketing Analyst will serve as a key partner to marketing stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives, drive value, and enable scalable campaign excellence.You will play a hands-on role in diagnosing business challenges, analyzing MarTech stack and workflows, supporting implementation planning, and executing change-management activities to ensure successful adoption and operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysis & Business DiagnosisAssess current marketing tools, workflows, and campaign processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementConduct research and facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather business requirements and understand operational pain pointsSupport business case development and define success metrics for new technology solutionsSolution Design & Implementation SupportContribute to the design of technology and process solutions tied to business goals and user needsAssist in planning and execution of technology implementation and rollout initiativesPartner with Product, IT, and Marketing Operations to support testing, documentation, and deployment activitiesChange Management & EnablementSupport change readiness plans, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and training preparationHelp identify risks, mitigation tactics, and adoption challenges across marketing teamsAssist in developing communication plans and enablement content to support learning and transitionQualificationsRequired Skills & Experience3-6 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, business analysis, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to distill insights and recommend solutionsHands-on familiarity with MarTech platforms across content, workflow, and data orchestration, ideally including one or more:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) / RTCDPAdobe Journey OptimizerAdobe WorkfrontAdobe Creative Cloud / Firefly servicesDAM platforms (Aprimo, AEM Assets, etc.)Proficiency in documenting workflows, frameworks, requirements, and change impactsExperience supporting technology implementations and rollout activitiesAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authorityPreferred ExperienceBackground in enterprise-scale marketing environmentsExperience in digital transformation or organizational change enablementFamiliarity with marketing processes, campaign execution, and audience segmentationWho You AreStrategic thinker with strong business acumenCurious, solutions-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunitiesEffective communicator and cross-functional collaboratorComfortable navigating ambiguity and supporting change at scale#LI-MM3About Aquent Talent:Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands.Our eligible talent get access to amazing benefits like subsidized health, vision, and dental plans, paid sick leave, and retirement plans with a match.
