We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (10+ years) to lead major projects, mentor our growing team, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to our clients. The Impact You Will Make Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of complex HVAC and plumbing designs, overseeing load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout for high-profile clients. Client Authority: Serve as the primary point of contact and technical authority for architects and owners, managing relationships and ensuring design integrity. Mentorship & Growth: Act as a mentor to Junior and Mid-level engineers, reviewing their work (QA/QC) and guiding their professional development. Business Acumen: Assist with proposal development, scope definition, and strategic decision-making to drive the firm's success. What You Bring to the Team Experience: 10+ years in HVAC design engineering with a strong portfolio of complex commercial projects (Aviation/Healthcare experience is a plus). Credential: Professional Engineer (PE) License is desired but not mandatory. Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Revit, load calculation software (TRACE/HAP), and building codes (ICC, ASHRAE).
