Infosys is seekinga SeniorMicroservices Consultantwith Microservices and Springboot experience. As a Senior Microservices Consultant you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Location for this position isAddison TX.This position may require travel to project/client location.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Spring Boot Spring Cloud Netflix Spring Hibernate/Spring Data for creating Java based microservicesExperience in developing using messaging components - Kafka Consumer/Producer development Unit test automation using frameworks like Junit TestNG and MockitoAbility to create OpenAPI specification and use it for top-down and bottom-up generation of code/specificationWorking knowledge of Jenkins Maven/Gradle and GitExperience in developing deploying & monitoring applications & packages in AWSExperience in developing microservices with any NoSQL (MongoDB Cassandra DocumentDB etc.) with a good understanding of data sharding and read/write optimizations Experience in OAuth 2.0 grant types and OpenID Connect to secure microservicesUnderstanding container technology and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/PCF). Ability to comprehend how the microservices are packaged and deployed into any one of the platforms. (For example: Docker File K8s Deployment & Config Maps etc.)Experience in Microservice Patterns (circuit breaker service discovery service registration Api gateway).Experience in RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as Oracle MSSQL PostgreSQL.Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environment and their frameworksThe job may entail extensive travel.
