What is the jobWere looking for a seasoned leader to join our global transformation program as Senior Oracle Transformation Project Manager/ this role youll oversee the delivery of Oracle ERP and HCM workstreams across multiple regions ensuring alignment integration and disciplined execution from design through deployment. This is a high-impact position that requires strong governance cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.What will you be doing Lead global Finance (R2R P2P O2C FA FP&A) and HCM (Core HR Payroll Time Talent) workstreams through design build testing and deployment. Establish and enforce project management standards governance models and integrated schedules to keep the program on track. Drive execution discipline across teams ensuring risks are mitigated and deliverables meet quality standards. Manage SI partners holding them accountable for timelines methodology and quality. Oversee data conversion testing cycles cutover planning and hyper care for successful go- live.About you Youll bring 1015 years of experience leading large-scale ERP/HCM transformations. You understand Finance and HR processes compliance and integration inside out. Youll influence senior executives and manage global stakeholders with confidence. You have experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM (or youre eager to learn). Youll stand out if you hold certifications like PMP Six Sigma or Agile.
