Position SummaryThe Senior Paralegal provides advanced legal and administrative support to the Head of Legal, COO, and external legal counsel. This role supports legal operations across multiple business units in the U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands.The Senior Paralegal handles litigation, contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
