This role contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership.As a seller at Fetch youll own complex sales cycles from outreach through close identify opportunities craft proposals and build trusted executive-level relationships. Youll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior team members to refine your approach. You will set the standard for AI-driven selling using advanced tools for executive storytelling predictive modeling competitive position and long-range planning. Youll mentor others while shaping AI-enabled strategies and processes.This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.Role ResponsibilitiesEngage high-profile prospects by sending sales outreach preparing briefs and representing Fetch at high-impact industry eventsDrive thought leadership about Fetch and AIs role in loyalty commerce and mediaGenerate revenue by actively converting partners and prospects into long-term strategic relationships securing long-term revenue commitmentsIndependently articulate Fetchs value proposition and ad productsWork cross-functionally with Industry Leads Account Managers and leadership to align strategies and insights into multi-stakeholder projects and partnerships.Strategically plan and grow accounts from test to full partnership utilizing AI to make performance predictions investment path modeling streamline revisions format outputs and visualize data-backed recommendationsInterpret and articulate various data sets and use tools to generate insights. This may include AI-powered dashboards market intelligence platforms and campaign optimizersOwn the development and continuous improvement of strategic playbooks best practices and onboarding tools for the team building frameworks that embed AI into standard Fetch sales processes across verticalsDevelop creative solutions to address complex sales challenges and unlock revenue opportunities applying AI to design test and refine strategic pitchesFull ownership of forecasting for your book of business both quarterly and annually with minimal oversight leveraging AI-powered sales forecasting and scenario tools as needed for increased precisionDevelop gap-to-quota plans supported by AI-generated forecasts and conversion probability insightsExpertly manage Salesforce hygiene using AI tools to maintain clean records managing pipelines to identify areas of opportunity/risk and track conversionPrioritize and meet both internal and external deadlinesInfluence vertical strategy internally and externally especially in shaping AI-aligned Go-To-Market plans or competitive responsesCoach and mentor other Fetch sellers to up-level overall sales effectiveness by leading knowledge sharing across salesPlay an active role in hiring and shaping Fetchs partner manager team culture and structureDemonstrate Fetchs values with a growth mindset especially toward new tools and AI-assisted workflowsIdentify inefficiencies or partner feedback and share them with the pod leveraging AI tools to solve for recurring issues or speed up repetitive tasksShare partner feedback and learnings with the team to optimize processes and surface industry trends leveraging AI tools or competitive intelligence when availableManage complex organizational structures within partner accounts leveraging LinkedIn or ZoomInfo in order to drive executive buy-inMinimum Requirements12 years of experience in partnerships sales or a related fieldDirect experience in digital media advertising or consumer dataStrong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExpert understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomesStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clientsPreferred RequirementsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platformsClient vertical experienceExposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to stakeholdersExperience working cross-functionally with implementation analytics or sales teamsFamiliarity with AI-driven decision-support tools (ex. ChatGPT Gemini AI) or automation tools (ex. Zapier)Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environmentsCompensation:At Fetch we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $175000-$204000and the on-target earnings (OTE) range is $306250-$357000. (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds which employees may also be eligible for). We also offer all employees equity in Fetch.
