Job Description

SG2 Recruiting is helping ARLO Solutions identify a Senior Staff Officer for a contract supporting the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) five-year contract. The Staff Officer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of analytic scientific IT and administrative support to AARO. What You Will Be Doing:Developing and refining policy program oversight guidance and resourcing requirements for AAROs mission.Synchronizing and standardizing procedures for the collection reporting and analysis of incidents ensuring timely and consistent reporting across Department of War (DoW) components and Intelligence Community (IC) elements.Developing and maintaining capabilities to ensure UAP/incident information is appropriately reported stored and integrated for comprehensive analysis.Evaluating potential links between Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and adversarial foreign governments other foreign governments or nonstate actors.Assessing and evaluating the threat that UAP incidents present to the United States.Coordinating with other Federal Government departments and agencies including the FAA NASA DHS NOAA NSF and DOE as appropriate.Consulting with U.S. allies and partners in coordination with the Secretary of State the Secretary of War and the Director of National Intelligence to assess the nature and extent of UAP.Contributing to the preparation of classified and unclassified reports for Congress.Applying expertise in influence information operations or deception to support AAROs mission objectives.What You Will Need:US Citizen with Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilityMasters Degree from an accredited institution15 plus years of experience in one or more of the following areas within the Department of War (DoW) or Intelligence Community: policy development program oversight guidance capabilities development or resourcing requirements.15 years of experience progressively responsible experience in a strategic influence information operations (IO) or sophisticated deception capacity within the Department of War (DoW) or the Intelligence Community (IC).Ability to commute daily to Alexandria Virginia based officeIf You Have This It Is A Plus:Experience leading large consulting teamsAdvanced degree in National Security Studies International Relations Public Policy or related fieldExperience with AARO mission and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) research activitiesKnowledge of Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) procedures and requirementsExperience with OSD and Pentagon-level strategic planning and policy development Familiarity with National Defense Strategy implementation and analysisWhats In It For You:Joining a mission-driven teamCompetitive salary and benefits packageAbout ARLO:Proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and as such we evaluate qualified candidates in full consideration without regard to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity marital status national origin age disability status protected veteran status and any other protected statusRequired Experience:Staff IC Key Skills Public Health,Program Management,ICD Coding,Military Experience,Analysis Skills,Research Experience,Security,Economic Development,Counterintelligence,Program Design,Program Development,Writing Skills Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
