Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager at Waukesha State Bank

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a skilled and relationship-focused Senior Portfolio Manager to join our Commercial Banking this pivotal role youll serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of business clients-ranging from small enterprises to large complex organizations across multiple industries. Youll conduct proactive check-ins identify future needs cross-sell meaningful financial solutions and ensure a smooth experience throughout the loan lifecycle from renewals to new loan processing. Acting as a salesperson analyst and advocate youll play a vital role in helping local businesses thrive while strengthening WSBs presence in the community.As a Senior Portfolio Manager youll independently oversee portfolio credit quality respond quickly to emerging risks prepare or partner on credit presentations and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely accurate and professional service. Youll be the primary point of contact for your customers ensuring their satisfaction and retention while also mentoring junior banking staff and supporting the Banks ongoing commitment to excellence.
