We guarantee you wont find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint.In This RoleIn this role you will support critical operations by validating data across multiple systems maintaining high-visibility Power BI dashboards and ensuring data quality for business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues coordinate platform updates and deliver accurate reports on time. You will also build small automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows. This role requires strong ownership clear communication and attention to detail as your work directly impacts operational decision-making. ResponsibilitiesValidate data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency Troubleshoot data quality issues and coordinate fixes with engineering and support teams Update enhance and maintain existing Power BI dashboards used for operational reporting Optimize Power BI models DAX calculations and refresh performance Develop lightweight automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to replace manual processes Work with stakeholders to understand requirements gather inputs and deliver reports on time Document data flows dashboard logic and automation workflows for transparency Support SLA-based reporting ticket resolution and change order requests Collaborate with technical and business teams to adapt dashboards or data pipelines as systems evolve Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business needsRequired Qualifications8 years of experience developing Power BI dashboards including DAX modeling and performance tuning 8 years working with data validation ETL concepts and multi-platform data integration Strong ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and identify root causes across systems Hands-on experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams Ability to work onsite and collaborate frequently in person Proven track record of delivering high-quality dashboards and reports on schedulePreferred Qualifications5 years of experience using Power Apps and Power Automate to build automation workflows Experience supporting operational teams or high-impact reporting environments Ability to design fast-turnaround solutions for manual process reduction Strong communication skills for translating technical issues into clear business updates Understanding of enterprise-level data governance and compliance practicesSalary RangePay ranges vary based on multiple factors including without limitation skill sets education responsibilities experience and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $140000 to 150000 USD Annually.
