Senior Power BI Dashboard Specialist at Eurofins

Location: Rensselaer NY (position is full-time on-site)  Department: Quality AssuranceWe are seeking a Power BI Dashboard expert to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining dashboards that track metrics and KPIs supporting audits investigations and overall quality operations. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop tools for tabulation tracking and graphical display of QA dataBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and underlying datasetsEnsure reliable automated data flows for analytics and visualizationSupport metrics for audits investigations and compliance activitiesIdentify opportunities for automation to reduce repetitive work (Power Automate experience is a plus)Ensure compliance with SOPs and report anomaliesCollaborate across teams and provide support in a client-facing environmentQualifications : Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Biochemistry or related discipline4 years of relevant industry experience (pharma/biotech strongly preferred)Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft tools (Power Query Excel macros) and experience creating Power BI dashboardsFamiliarity with SQL and at least one programming language (Python Ruby or JavaScript)Experience with other visualization tools (Spotfire Tableau) is a plusGMP experience strongly preferredExperience with Power Automate strongly preferredExcellent communication skills attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information : Why Join UsYoull play a critical role in shaping how our QA department measures success supports investigations and drives compliance excellence.
