Senior Principal Relationship Manager (Remote-Eligible)Our US & Canadian Markets team is seeking a Senior Principal Relationship Manager to manage our relationships with major Marketplace platforms. This role will focus on building relationships with key marketplace participants and serving as the primary strategic liaison with decision-makers across company divisions.Key Responsibilities Include:Negotiating contracts pricing agreements and incentives while ensuring complianceIdentifying new business opportunities by performing market analysis maintaining an opportunity pipeline and advising participants on new initiativesProviding market insights to internal teams (Product Marketing Operations)Creating strategic account plans with key participants to proactively identify and grow business valueClient Engagement: Ability to travel 25-30% to meet with clientsThe Ideal Candidate will possess:Strong negotiation and communication skills including the ability to tailor communication across different leadership levelsDeep knowledge of the payments industry particularly debit and credit pricingDemonstrated entrepreneurial drive proactive approach and ability to anticipate market trends within the verticalBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma GED or equivalent certificationAt least 10 years of payments industry experience in sales relationship management business development strategy operations marketing project management or financePreferred Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Business Finance or Marketing12 years of payments industry experience in sales relationship management business development strategy operations marketing project management or financeExperience influencing key stakeholders executive level clients or internal business partnersCapital One is open to hiring a Remote Employee for this opportunity.At this time Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location.
