Job Title:Senior Principal Scientist R&D Program ManagementJob Description:The Role:Our site inRound Rock is seeking a/an Engineering Consultantto join our team.What Youll Do:Guide NPD engineers in the creation design of experiment work (DoE) ensuring the correct Process parameters are being studied and tested to find the maximum process window or hardware operabilityAid NPD engineers in the interpretation of DoE data and advise on next steps within the Experimental setupForm part of the senior engineering team and participate in design meetings regarding next generation hardware designUtilize industry experience and knowledge to suggest new hardware designs including but not limited to pressure control thermal management software heater jackets valve manifolds and ALD/CVD containers.Engage with external vendors to understand their technology offerings and understand how this could enable Entegris hardware design and overall component selectionCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on hardware troubleshootingWhat We Seek:10 years engineering experience in a related engineering discipline Minimum of a MS or PhD in STEM subject (Engineering or Chemistry preferred).Minimum of 10 year experience in designing developing and testing hardware systems along with ALD/CVD containers working with 3rd party manufacturers to build the final product to the defined specification.Demonstrated project execution with exemplary safety product performance timing and budget controls.Experience with leading a technical group with a wide range of experience in a fast paced detailed orientated global environment.5 Years experience in technical customer engagementsOutstanding Candidates Will Have:Demonstrated experience within a global multicultural multi-location organization serving the semiconductor industry.Timely development characterization and deployment of new chemical delivery systems.Demonstrated results in continuous improvement in manufacturing equipment.Experience in designing maintaining and servicing semiconductor hardwareAbility to influence leadership at all levels of the organizationExpertise in developing and executing a strategic plan.Proactively raise concerns and recommend solutions.Achieving the best possible outcomes with integrity and collaboration.Holding self and others accountable to the highest standards of ethics professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement striving for quality and operational excellence.Effectively utilizing toolsets/resources to accomplish goals.Creating new solutions and inspiring others.Establishing a track record of success.Taking initiative executing consistently and finding creative ways to add new value.What We Offer:At Entegris we invest in providing opportunity to our employees and promote from within.
