JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Privacy & Compliance Analyst

Location: Seattle, WA, US

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gap analysis and assessment of privacy and risk management programs
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to evolve the privacy and risk management programs
  • Fulfill internal and external compliance and privacy audits or assessments
  • Work with little supervision while supporting data/security privacy programs
  • Good written communication skills required

Summary of Duties:

  • Privacy and Risk Management Strategic Planning
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures
  • Assist in the development and delivery of privacy training and awareness
  • Lead and coordinate business group privacy activities
  • Support the creation of an inventory that documents how we collect, shares and uses personal data
  • Monitor the data request and usage processes matters for personal data
  • Participate in security and privacy incident investigations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data privacy program development and management
  • International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Certification - CIPP, CIPM or CIPT (IS A PLUS)
  • Ability to work with key business and technology stakeholders
  • Strong program or project management skillset
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with OneTrust Tool, Data Crawler Tools (IS A PLUS)

The starting hourly base pay for this role is between USD $66.04 and $82.57 (equivalent to $137,363 to $171,745 per year based on 2,080 hours). The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
