The role will require a hands on approach with ownership of the entire sales cycle.General Responsibilities:Receive requests and propose the best aircraft for the trip working closely with partnered suppliersUnderstand trip needs and articulate options to best suit their individual requirementsStrengthen and expand relationships with suppliers in the United StatesFull ownership of a request from start to finish ensuring the service is exceptional and seamlessContract management and negotiationsAbility to take initiative and work on expanding the department by engaging in additional responsibilitiesWhat we are looking for:Adaptability and multitaskingYes first mentalityStrong analytical skills and extremely strong attention to detailExperience working with ultra high net worth individualsEntrepreneurial problem-solving attitudeExcellent clear and effective verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a collaborative and transparent environmentAbility to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlinesFlexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekendsBasicQualifications:High School Diploma GED or Equivalent CertificationAt least 2 years experience as a private jet brokerPreferred Qualifications:3 years experience as a private jet brokerAt this time Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location.
