Senior Procurement Agent (Supplier Contract Admin)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join our team in Philadelphia PA.Position Responsibilities:Provides oversight and management of supply and demand schedules supplier quality delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes5 years of experience leading projects from contract award through system requirements review preliminary design review critical design review parts procurement installation testing and delivery5 years of experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.5 years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectivesDomestic and international travel as neededPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 years of experience demonstrating exceptional business analytical and problem-solving skillsBachelors degree in a business related field or equivalent work experienceDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
