Senior Procurement Agent - Supply Chain SMECompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent / Supply Chain SME to join the S/4HANA Implementation Team based out of Hazelwood MO or Mesa AZ.This role will represent procurement operations and supply chain functions through all stages of the S/4HANA implementation. The position requires a deep understanding of our current procurement systems supplier engagement and daytoday transactional processes.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Level 4 & 5 Procurement Agent/Supply Chain SME Specialists.Position Responsibilities: Represent procurement and supply chain processes and document/map current asis procurement workflows (requisitions POs goods receipt invoices) Represent procurement and supply chain processes during FittoStandard workshops Validate that sourcing PO approval and supplier management processes meet business needs within SAP standard functionality Assist in developing training content test scripts and change management materials Identify and minimize the need for system customization (target <10%) Support UAT (user acceptance testing) data validation and enduser training Collaborate with Finance Supply Chain and IT teams to ensure integration across the ProcuretoPay processBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer5 years of experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes3 years of experience utilizing process improvement and problem-solving methodologiesAbility to travel 20-40% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in digital transformation or ERP implementation projects Continuous improvement mindset focused on standardization and process excellenceDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
