We seek a Product Manager passionate about creating engaging digital and partner experiences. You will contribute to product strategy manage relationships and prioritize key initiatives. Your focus will be on developing features and digital experiences for Cardmember Benefits solving customer problems and contributing to the product vision.Job Summary:As a Senior Product Associate in the Strategic Partner Benefits team you will drive continuous product innovation and delivery enabling customers to easily discover and utilize benefits enhancing their relationship with Chase. You will play a key role in scaling our partner benefits platform supporting millions of cardmembers and integrating with leading brands through robust digital and technical solutions.Job Responsibilities:Gather document and refine product requirements in Jira ensuring alignment with customer needs and business stakeholder prioritiesWork closely with Scrum teams to create and prioritize backlog items ensuring features meet acceptance criteria and are ready for productionImplement delivery & Go-to-Market: Operate in an Agile environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans with partners supporting rapid benefit enablement and managementLead workstreams with cross-functional partners (strategy product design technology finance controls operations marketing) to prioritize delivery and innovation roadmapsMaintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and customer journeys leveraging data analysis to anticipate trends and continuously refine the product backlogManage stakeholder expectations through strong communication effective partnerships and clear status reportingCollaborate with technology teams to support API integrations (2-legged and 3-legged authentication) back-end service enhancements and data lake initiatives for partner benefit enrollment management and reportingRequired Qualifications capabilities and skills:3 years of product management experienceProficiency in Agile product development techniques and practices including Jira and ConfluenceStrong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product technology data and design stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment while taking individual responsibilityExperience working with APIs (RESTful OAuth authentication) and back-end services including data integration and management in cloud environments (e.g. AWS Data Lake)Familiarity with digital customer journeys partner integrations and scalable benefit enablement processesExcellent communication organizational and analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications capabilities and skills:Preferred product management experience in digital platforms or financial servicesExperience with partner benefit platforms loyalty programs or cardmember rewardsExposure to modernization initiativesRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Business,Business Process,Financial Services,Cloud,Account Management,CRM,Sector,Client Relationships,Law,Project Management,Research skills,Political Science,Portfolio,Speaking skills,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
