Senior Product Designer, Acuity Communications at Squarespace

Acuity Scheduling is a distinct product within the Squarespace suite that helps entrepreneurs start and grow appointment-based businesses. We enable their clients to schedule seamlessly manage day-to-day operations efficiently and remove the administrative burden so they can focus on what they love.The newly formed Communications team owns every touchpoint that connects our users with their clients: confirmation and reminder emails SMS notifications marketing and lifecycle messaging. These are among the most visible and impactful parts of our product helping businesses stay connected reduce no-shows and drive growth.As the founding designer on this team youll shape the end-to-end experience of communications on Acuity. Youll explore how messaging can be simpler smarter and more personalized balancing user needs business outcomes and technical feasibility.
