This position is based in our Marshalltown Iowa location where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Emersons High Performance Butterfly Valve product line by creating innovative designs and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead technology development and design ownership of High Performance Butterfly ValvesInterpret industry standards that pertain to High Performance Butterfly Valve designCreate document and implement engineering best practicesDevelop concepts for new products matching market requirements and establishing a competitive edgeReview technical document packages to validate product performance against customer requirements suggesting modifications where requiredMentor less experienced engineers by providing guidance and direction on specific projectsSelect components and assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications including valves and other specified componentsDevelop a comprehensive proposal for sizing and valve selection etc.Ensure customer satisfaction through accuracy and timeliness of customer documentationCollaborate with individuals from other departments including R&D Testing and Supply ChainEstablish and grow your professional networkWho You Are:You step up to handle tough issues.
