- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the PLAUD Agent Builder Platform, enabling users and partners to build, customize, and deploy AI agents seamlessly.
- Define and drive core product capabilities - including agent orchestration, workflow design, integrations, and developer/creator tools - balancing innovation speed with scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI research, engineering, design, and business teams to ship platform features that expand the ecosystem and user adoption.
- Understand and translate market/user insights into platform improvements, ensuring PLAUD's agent builder becomes the industry standard for AI-native productivity tools.
- Measure impact and iterate fast - own key growth and engagement metrics while leading experiments that improve developer and creator success on the platform.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Worked in global companies for at least 5 years with relevant experiences, and at least 1 year experience building agent product that has achieved 0-1 adoption by users.
- Capable of building demos using vibe coding.
- Good knowledge of engineering and AI.
- Comfortable navigating cross time-zone meetings and collaborations.
- Good at communications with empathy.
- Adaptive and collaborative.
