What You'll Do

Build and run the operational infrastructure that enables Loti to scale partnerships with major Gen AI platforms, public figures/creators, and brands. This role requires strong product intuition, systems thinking, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, legal, data science, partnerships, and operations. As a Senior Product Manager at Loti, you will define product strategy, shape the roadmap, drive execution, and deliver products that pioneer how the world manages and protects identity in the AI era.

You will work on mission-critical features that power the protection, authorization, and monetization of public figures and brand likeness across generative AI platforms. Your work will shape the direction of the company and the category.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap to build the monetization infrastructure that enables authorized usage of IP . Build consent, licensing, clearing, and payout systems that are transparent and interoperable.
  • Work closely with Partnerships and GTM to align product strategy with Gen AI platforms and regulatory frameworks.
  • Translate complex identity detection systems into intuitive user-facing workflows.
  • Design reporting, dashboards, and controls that enable real-time understanding of reputational and legal risk.
  • Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and manage a prioritized product backlog to deliver a high-quality product on schedule.
  • Serve as the primary product leader and work closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, marketing, and GTM teams from concept through launch and iteration.

This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and in-person collaboration. Ability to commute into our SF office on a regular basis is required. No relocation sponsorship will be offered.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience in a high-growth environment, with demonstrated ownership over core product areas.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Deep integration experience: experience leading product launches that require complex integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and internal systems. Skilled at scoping technical requirements, aligning timelines across organizations, and balancing partner needs with user experience.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership : able to align Product, Engineering, Design, Legal, and GTM around clear priorities and outcomes.
  • Analytical decision-maker : comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, retention/revenue metrics) to define targets, evaluate performance, and iterate on the roadmap.
  • Exceptional communicator : able to translate complex systems and constraints into clear narratives for technical teams, executives, partners, and customers.
  • Strong ownership mindset : proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by building scalable systems and infrastructure in fast-moving, undefined spaces.

Actual compensation offered will be determined by a number of factors including job-related knowledge, domain knowledge, skills, skill level, relevant years of experience, geographic location and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of a range of several levels of seniority that is being considered for this position.
