Were looking for a craft-oriented details-obsessed product manager to help deliver on this vision.In this role youll partner closely with our talented design and engineering teams to build an exceptional guest-facing online ordering experience that delivers meaningful revenue growth for all of Owners restaurant customers.While Owner is a remote-first company for this role we are prioritizing SF Bay Area candidates who can work out of our lovely office in the Presidio at least twice a week. The impact you will haveDevelop the roadmap for guest-facing ordering balancing growth initiatives experience improvements and big strategic betsDrive more guests to order directly from Owner customers by making the experience fast clear and easyUse AI to optimize customers menu presentation at scale across tens of thousands of restaurant menusElevate usability accessibility and product delight across every interactionHelp become the most loved brand in restaurant software Who youll work withYoull partner deeply with Design and Engineering to build polished intuitive experiences that deliver value to our restaurant customers and their guestsYoull collaborate with Data/BizOps to identify and size opportunities define KPIs and understand impactYoull work with our customer-facing Launch Customer Success and Support teams to ensure we have the right inputs to create the high-performing guest experiences for each customer restaurantYoull work with our go-to-market teams to ensure that customers and prospects understand the value delivered by Owners guest-facing experiences What were looking for5 years of product management experienceAbility to get things done: you have a track record of shipping software that made a difference for your customersExcellent product sense: you have a good understanding of what makes for a high-quality product and are opinionated about what solutions will be successfulDeep customer empathy: you care about helping your customers and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needsStrong data fluency: you effectively gather and integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform your decision-making and update your intuitionProficiency handling ambiguity: you make sure your goals are clearly defined and display significant independence in achieving themClear written and verbal communication: youre a force for clarity and alignment ensuring everyones on the same pageCompetence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience and youre comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs Pay and benefitsThe estimated starting base salary range for this role is $190-230K plus a generous pre-IPO equity packageOther benefits include comprehensive health coverage remote-first workplace unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!
