The physical security product consists of a cloud-based access control system with a differentiated mobile experience that provides frictionless access to physical workspaces. You will have ownership of the full product lifecycle and be a key factor in launching new businesses on this platform. You must be equally comfortable planning a long term product vision and rolling up your sleeves to bring this vision to life.You will be responsible for all of the customer touch points to ensure a world-class customer experience from all stakeholders including our reseller partners professional installers end-users and integration partners. This will be a high visibility role within the company and you should expect to hit the ground running.Responsibilities:Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute a compelling product vision that positions us competitively against market leaders while addressing critical customer needsChampion User Experience: Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive world-class interfaces that delight users and solve complex security challengesDrive Product Requirements: Create comprehensive product requirements and maintain a strategic roadmap that balances innovation with customer pain pointsManage Project Execution: Maintain project schedules remove obstacles and ensure the development team operates smoothly to meet delivery commitments and quality standardsLeverage Data Intelligence: Build robust analytics capabilities that provide enterprises with actionable insights into usage patterns and security trendsOrchestrate Cross-Functional Success: Align Engineering Sales Support and end-users around cohesive product goals and development prioritiesSpearhead Go-to-Market Strategy: Ensure seamless product launches by coordinating training and enablement across all company functionsCraft Clear Documentation: Develop detailed specifications that effectively communicate product features to all stakeholdersThis role will work with both software and hardware teams and be broad in natureWhat youll bring:5 years of product management experience preferably in SaaS or enterprise softwareProven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle managementStrong understanding of customer discovery methodologies and agile development practicesExceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsData-driven approach to decision making with experience in analytics implementationExperience with physical access control systems (preferred)Why Motorola SolutionsJoin a team thats transforming physical security through innovative technology.
